Although this menu is only slightly larger in size than the breakfast menus shown a couple of days ago, Canadian Pacific has substituted photos for paintings, simplified the interior design, and dedicated the back cover to describing the subject of the cover photo rather than some other CP travel opportunity.

The Banff Springs Hotel is one of the most spectacular hotels in the world. Though its appearance is far different from theThis breakfast menu was used on the Mountaineer, not in the hotel itself. The menu itself as well as the design is simplified from the 1937 breakfast menu, which had meals for 50¢, 65¢, 85¢, and $1. This one has just 50¢, 75¢, and $1.00. The dollar offerings were just about the same in both years.
