Here’s a lunch menu for the same Oregon Journal tour mentioned yesterday. Lunch entrées include barbecued Alaska black cod au natural, chef’s salad, and calf’s liver–which would leave me with a pretty easy choice (no liver, thank you).

The menu cover is especially striking for the apparently precarious position of the two young men. Although the photograph was taken from almost exactly the same spot as the 1950 Grand Canyon menu shown here a few days ago, the addition of the people in the foreground gives it a stronger sense of perspective and wonder.
