1938 brochure advertised the “air-conditioned, roller-bearing North Coast Limited.” A 1937 brochure advertised air conditioning but not roller bearings. Another brochure doesn’t mention air conditioning, so it is probably from 1934 or earlier.
This brochure is undated, but we can get a hint from the text page. AThis particular brochure advertises the “All-Pullman North Coast Limited. According to Wikipedia, the train lost its all-Pullman status in the spring of 1930. That means this brochure is probably from around 1929.
