Here’s a dinette menu that is much more extensive than the one shown a few days ago. It offers six “special combination” entrées that come with potatoes, vegetable, and bread but not dessert or beverage. The a la carte side has a few sandwiches but no real entrées.
There is no date on the menu, but the back cover is an advertisement for Tilden Rent-a-Car. The ad features a 1960 Chevrolet, indicating the menu could not have been printed before fall, 1959. The same ad was used on a 1962 menu, but that was for a special train. So it seems likely that this menu was from around 1960.
