This post-war brochure advertises “New Diesel Power for the North Coast Limited.” The brochure is dated 3-47, so the train itself would continue with pre-war heavyweight equipment for another year.

It uses the same color scheme, if it could be called that (black and white with some red trim) as the railway’s pre-war brochures. But it is much smaller, opening up to 8-1/2″x12″, and thus effectively just one-fourth the size of the earlier ones. Inside, six photos show Yellowstone (two pictures), a dude ranch, Mt. Rainier, the Columbia Gorge, and Grand Coulee Dam.
