There is no doubt that a menu with this photo was used on a CP dining car. In fact, we’ve seen this photo on menus for the Mountaineer, Montreal-Toronto pool trains, the Banff Springs Hotel, and an Alaska steamship. All of the menus are formatted a little differently, with various colors of backgrounds and slight variations in the cover text.
