We’ve seen menus similar to this one before with aqua coloring for the cover illustration. This one has the same illustration but uses a deep blue coloring in honor of the recently adopted Big Sky Blue paint scheme. My previous post guessed that some of the aqua menus were “post-1967.” Now I think they must all have been from 1966 or 1967.

The a la carte side of this menu offers 7-Up, Coca-Cola, Fresca, and diet cola, none of which appeared on the aqua menus. The plate lunches or dinners included meat loaf for $2.25, fried chicken, fish & chips, or steak sandwich for $1.95, and a cheeseburger for $1.35 (multiply by seven to get today’s dollars). The meat loaf came with whipped potatoes, vegetable, rolls, dessert, and beverage. Most of the others came with French fries, coleslaw, toast, and beverage; the cheeseburger just came with fries.
