These menus were exclusively used on Canadian Pacific steamships. Other menus had covers that were used on both steamships and dining cars, in which case they are shown on the White or Non-white menus pages.
Many of these menus are from the Chung Collection, in which case clicking on the image will go to that menu’s page on the University of British Columbia web site. Otherwise, clicking on the image will download a PDF of the menu, while clicking on the brief description beneath the image will go to the web page describing that menu. Most menus are around 1 to 3-MB in size; years ending in 0 or 5 may be approximate.
