University of Colorado 1950 Menu

The University of Colorado’s campus is considered one of the most beautiful in the country thanks to its red sandstone exteriors and red tile roofs, a style developed by architect Charles Klauder. Built in 1939, the library shown on the cover of this menu was Klauder’s last design for the Boulder campus.

Unlike the previous two menus, this one features a table d’hôte menu offering salmon, chicken casserole, or beef pot roast. However, half the table d’hôte side is blank, indicating that some other options would be paper-clipped in to the menus given to passengers.
