Santa Fe 1971 Beverage Menus

One of these menus was issued just two months before Amtrak took over, and the other is dated four months after Amtrak. Either the print order was placed before Santa Fe decided to join Amtrak or Santa Fe printed them for use on Amtrak trains that followed Santa Fe routes.

Other than the dates, the menus appear to be identical; I suspect the color difference between the two images is because I used different scanners. The menus include cocktails, wines, liquors, beer, sodas, and a few light snacks such as potato chips and pre-packaged sandwiches. The entire back page is devoted to listing the regulations for selling alcoholic beverages, which differed in every state.
