This menu introduces a new gateway to Yellowstone, the “Red Lodge HIGHRoad,” now known as the Beartooth Highway. The full meal was $1.25, about $22.50 in today’s money. In addition to the salmon, the a la carte side included halibut, crab, and oysters.
