The third menu was postmarked Bryce Canyon, Utah, on August 2, 1958. It has the same breakfast menu on the inside as the second one. Since I doubt many tourists hung around southern Utah from July 1 to August 2, I suspect these menus were collected by and postmarked for an employee of UP’s Southern Utah Parks company.
