This photo was also used on page 33 of the 1928 Utah parks tour book. The two images are based on the same photo but must have used different colorists as the cloud formations are different and the rocks in the tour book are more intensely red. They should be salmon or pink but of course the colors will vary somewhat depending on time of day and season of the year.

Bryce Canyon is essentially the same colors and erosional formations as Cedar Breaks but has the advantage of trails that go down into the canyon. Below is a photo I took in the canyon that I believe realistically shows the rock colors.
