The first menu today has a Walter Loos painting that we’ve previously seen inside the 1927 edition of Great Northern’s Call of the Mountains. The dinner includes Great Northern’s chicken pie — ordinarily advertised as a meal by itself — with appetizers, oyster cocktail, consomme, mushrooms on toast, salad, biscuits, dessert, and coffee.
