University of Southern California Lunch Menu

With more than 18,500 full-time students when this menu was issued in 1950, the University of Southern California was one of the largest colleges in Union Pacific’s menu series and the only private one I’ve found outside of Nebraska. Today, the university has more than 42,000 students and is a rare example of a university in which a majority of its students are post-graduates. Tediously, the structure in the photo is the administration building.
