This particular menu was used on a Sigma Kappa Sorority special train in July, 1952. It offered a breakfast featuring ham, calf’s liver, pancakes, or a Spanish omelet, each of which were served with fruit or cereal, bread, and beverage for $1.50 (about $15 today).
