This completes Canadian Pacific’s series of domecar timetables in which the exteriors portray two seasons of the year. Unlike previous editions in the series, however, the number of pages of this one has been reduced from 36 to 28 pages.

This reduction mainly reflects fewer ads inside, as most if not all of the trains in the 1966 and 1967 timetables were still operating in 1968. One difference is that Canadian Pacific appears to have stopped operating steamships from Vancouver to Victoria, as this timetable only listed ships from Vancouver to Nanaimo and Victoria to Seattle. The government-owned BC Ferries appears to have taken over the Vancouver-Victoria operation, and CP may have been so disgruntled by it that it didn’t even list the ferries in its timetables.
