1951 Glacier Park Hotel Dinner Menu

In August, 1951, someone enjoyed several days in Glacier National Park and kept this menu from August 12 as a souvenir. The menu offers a choice of trout, fried chicken, bacon omelet, and roast sirloin. Last-minute changes in supplies are indicated by crossed-out items, such as cabbage replacing cauliflower and a dessert called White House replacing butterscotch revel.
