The first cover shows the Crystal Garden, a combination swimming pool, café, dance, and entertainment center located near the Empress Hotel in Victoria. The menu was for a tour group from the University of Montreal and is entirely in French.

Next is a menu from the Mountaineer that shows a scene from southern British Columbia, possibly Lake Okanogan. This is actually the back of the menu; the front has two panels that open outward, like a double door, and each panel has a black-and-white photo from the B.C. area. The color painting shown above is signed J.M. Neekison.

At first glance, this looks like the same cover, but it is cropped somewhat differently.
