Here’s another menu printed for the City of Los Angeles dome dining car in 1958. Whereas yesterday’s menu offered steak, salmon, lamb chops, and ham, this one offered steak, trout, chicken, and prime rib. While yesterday’s was dated May and this one July, Union Pacific would have had at least two menus at all times to provide some variety for passengers on the two-night train.
