Here is yet another Canadian National menu featuring the golf course associated with Jasper Lodge. Unlike the 1951 and 1953 menus shown here a few days ago, we haven’t previously seen the photograph featured on this menu.

The 1951 lunch menu shown here a few days ago was a little more generous than today’s as it had four appetizers and nine entrées compared with three and seven in 1958. Admittedly one of the 1951 entrées was a salad, while this one has a chefs salad listed as a separate course. Both offered four sweet and one savory dessert, so I’m sure everyone went back to the golf course, pool, or hiking trails happy with their meal.
