Swiftcurrent Falls are far from the most spectacular falls in the world, but they are frequently photographed as they are right next to the road to the Many Glacier Hotel. The lake shown in most photos of the hotel is called Swiftcurrent Lake and its outflow forms the falls.

This is the first new menu I’ve seen in Great Northern’s photo series in more than two years, which made me think there weren’t any more. I’m happy to find out different.
I have several other 1941 dinner menus in this series, but they are all a little different. This one offers entrées of fish, broiled chicken, lamb chops, steak, or a cold meat platter with the table d’hôte meal. The steak is a “dinner steak,” whatever that is; the a la carte side has a sirloin steak, but I think that is different as it is a lot pricier than the other entrées that are also on the table d’hôte menu.
