Here are two menus whose covers we’ve seen before but the interiors are a little different. In the case of the first menu, the emphasis is on “little.” We’ve previously seen a 1938 menu with this cover.

Both the 1938 edition and today’s are a la carte; some of the items are different but items on both menus are generally priced the same. The biggest difference is today’s menu says it was for the “cafe car,” rather than the dining car.

The second menu has the same cover of a 1949 menu that was used for a tour by the American Association of Railroad Ticket Agents. Today’s breakfast menu is undated but it was probably used in the same year plus or minus a year or so. I am grateful to Brian Leiteritz for contributing both of these menus.
